I think I've found my set-point
Well, that is interesting. I just did my weekly weigh-in and I am... about the same. Huh. I guess I've found a good set-point weight for me. One that I can eat enough to feel full and still indulge in some bad behaviors occasionally and not gain weight. I still want to be a few pounds lighter when I attempt bikini-age in march, but I can wait on losing that until a few weeks before. Maybe I'll just enjoy the feeling for a bit that my body and I are in a symbiotic relationship and seem to have hit a good stride.
