Yummy and it actually looks good too. Might be a good one for guests as the food I make is always really healthy, pretty damn yummy, but doesn't always look the most aesthetically pleasing.
Obviously more than one ingredient per... That just isn't working. I'm going with a looser definition of whole/natural foods for this week. I'm reading up on nutrition which will lead to next week and integrative nutrition... Then February starts no-meat mondays!
What am I reading now? Finishing Integrative Medicine and will start In Defense of Food next. Then maybe Eating Animals by Jonathan Safran foer.
